Historic Fort Henry has dominated Kingston\u2019s waterfront for two centuries. With its massive limestone walls and elegant Martello towers it is a vivid reminder of Canada\u2019s military past.<\/p>\n
Today, it is a living museum and visitors can watch the Fort Henry Guard perform precision drill and battle re-enactments from 1867\u2014a time when British redcoats garrisoned the fort against the risk of American attack.
