MILES HOWE is currently a PhD candidate and an instructor at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. A former freelance journalist based out of Halifax, he is also the author of Debriefing Elsipogtog: The Anatomy of a Struggle. Miles currently resides in Kingston.
